How it Works?

• 1) Apply Submit the seller application with your details, rug types, and sample photos.

• 2) Review We review for authenticity, quality, and compliance. Typical review time: 3–5 business days.

• 3) Approval & setup If approved, you complete your seller profile, confirm payout details, and agree to marketplace rules.

• 4) Create listings Upload clear photos, add accurate rug details (material, size, origin/region, condition), set price, and set handling time.

• 5) Receive orders Buyers place orders through Nomad Knot. You must confirm the order within 24 hours and respond to messages within 24–48 hours.

• 6) Ship with tracking In-stock rugs ship in *2–3 business days. Made-to-order rugs ship by the production timeline shown on the listing. Tracking must be added within *48 hours of shipment.

• 7) Get paid Nomad Knot deducts a 20% platform fee from the item price (subtotal). Payouts are released after delivery if no dispute is opened.

Requirements for registration

• Authentic handmade rugs Only genuine handmade Afghan rugs/carpets. No mass-produced replicas or counterfeit goods.

• Accurate listings Correct material (wool/silk), size, origin/region, condition, and clear disclosure of any flaws.

• High-quality photos Front, back, edges/fringe, close-up pattern, and any imperfections in good lighting.

• Shipping readiness Ability to package securely, ship on time, and provide tracking.

• Service standards Confirm orders within 24 hours and respond to buyer messages within 24–48 hours.

• Compliance Follow marketplace rules, prohibited items policy, and customer protection requirements.
