5) Listings, orders, and fulfillment

• Shipping costs and delivery estimates may vary by seller and destination.
• Nomad Knot is not responsible for carrier delays.

6) Payments and fees

• Payments are processed through our payment providers.
• Sellers may be charged marketplace fees and payment processing fees as disclosed in our pricing/fee information.
• We may update fees with notice where required.

7) Cancellations, returns, and refunds

• Return/refund eligibility depends on the seller’s policy and our marketplace rules.

• We may request evidence for disputes (photos, tracking, messages).

11) Limitation of liability

• Nomad Knot is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
• Our total liability for claims related to the Services is limited to the amount you paid to Nomad Knot (if any) in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.

You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Nomad Knot from claims, damages, liabilities, and expenses arising from your use of the Services, your content, your listings, or your violation of these Terms.

13) Termination
